In that way, Vien Dong Pharmaceutical JSC and SaviPharm agree and unify the content of comprehensive cooperation for the strategies such as: Comprehensive cooperation in the field of production, production management, scientific research, Research and Development, research on high-technological pharmacy products and other researching; cooperation in searching and technological transfer of unique products; exchange experiences in license transfer and foreign technological transfer, experience in processing professionalization.

In addition, Vien Dong and SaviPharm make a commitment to improve the business strategy, contribute to determination of the position of SaviPharm Company, of main products, setting up the key position of strength, etc., build up the route, experience exchange, etc. for SaviPharm to publicize the company and successfully list the stocks on Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange before 2013. Besides, Vien Dong shall support Savi with developing the sales system and distribution channel, system of representative offices/branches in cities and provinces; enhancing production of processing in the factory of Party B with the minimum contract value in 2010 by 100 billions, and in next two years (2011 – 2012) is 200 billions.

Savi Pharm shall transfer Vien Dong 261.329 shares, equivalent to 20,74% of chartered capital and together with Vien Dong to determine to effectuate the target to bring Savipharm into the list of top of 5 leading pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam before 2015 and many other commitments that bring benefits for the both parties.
